Instructions:

  1. Pit the Medjool dates if they aren’t already pitted. Slice them open and stuff with almond butter.

  2. Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.

  3. Dip each stuffed date in melted chocolate, coating fully.

  4. Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with toppings.

  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.

  6. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge and keep them on hand whenever you're in need of a sweet treat!
