Free shipping for all orders over $150.
Orders under $150 will incur a $12.95 shipping fee for standard delivery and $17.95 for express post.

Delivery Times & Tracking
About Me Organics uses Australia Post as our delivery partner. Your estimated delivery timing will depend on your delivery address and how far away it is from our Sydney based store.
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your delivery.
Lost Packages
Please note that we are not responsible for any packages once they have been delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
If you believe your package has been lost or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee recovery, we will work with the courier to assist in locating your parcel and provide any information available to help resolve the issue.
We strongly recommend providing a secure and accurate delivery address to minimise the risk of lost parcels.
Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unsecure address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
If you would prefer a refund instead of redelivery, the refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost.
Click & Collect
We offer a free click & collect service!
Simply select 'Click & Collect' at the checkout and our team will have your order ready for you to collect at our physical store located at the About Me Organics store at Nepean Village - Shop 02, 122 Station St, Penrith, NSW, 2750.
All click & collect orders will be fulfilled the same day, providing all items on your order are in stock.
You will receive either an email or SMS message when your order is ready to collect.
Perishable & Refrigerated Items
Perishable and refrigerated items are available via click & collect only.
Out of Stock Items
Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your entire order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.
