Refund & Return Policy

At About Me Organics, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our friendly team is here to answer questions or guide you through any return process.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, but please note that some items cannot be returned for change of mind, including:

  • Personal hygiene products (deodorants, lip balms, toothbrushes, razors, menstrual cups).

  • Perishable or refrigerated items (such as kombucha, kefir, frozen smoothie packs, bakery items).

  • Opened or used supplements.

To lodge a change of mind return, contact us within 7 days. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the details you need to complete your return.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will cover the product cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Criteria for Returns:

  • Food items and consumables can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.
  • Non-food items (such as household goods, skincare, or supplements in sealed packaging) must also be returned in original, unopened condition.
  • Personal hygiene products (deodorants, lip balms, toothbrushes, razors, menstrual cups) can only be returned if faulty.
  • Only items meeting the return criteria outlined above will be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We are unable to facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning your original order for a refund, in accordance with our return conditions. We know you’ll find something else to love!

Damaged or Faulty Items 

We package every item with care, but from time to time a product may become damaged while in transit.

If an item in your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Our team may request a photo of the item to help assess the claim.

  3. We may provide a return slip for you to return the faulty product. Approved items can be returned either by post (we recommend tracked shipping) or in person at our store. Please use the original packaging if possible.

  4. Once approved, a refund or replacement will be processed promptly.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are stolen after delivery to the provided address.

Refunds will cover the product cost only, including any shipping costs paid for the item if applicable.

    For damaged or faulty items, our team will review your claim and may request a photo of the item to assist in processing. Approved refunds for these claims will be processed within 48 hours. 

    For change of mind returns, items can be returned in person to the About Me Organics store at no cost, or may organise a shipping return at your own expense.
