Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, please contact us and a member of our friendly team will discuss the matter with you.
Items that arrived damaged or are faulty can be returned providing you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please be aware, that we may ask you to provide a photo of the defective item before processing your refund.
Change of Mind Returns
We do accept returns for 'change of mind' purchases.
A return claim must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to return because of change of mind please get in touch with us and we'll organise a return for you. Customers will be liable for return shipping for change of mind, any refunds given will be for the product only and not the initial shipping costs.
Any item being returned must be in its original condition.

Return & Refund Process
- Contact us on 02 4731 1017 or via email at info@aboutmeorganics.com.au with the details of your return.
- For damaged or faulty items, our team will discuss the claim with you and in some instances, may ask you to provide a photo.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the claim being made.
- For change of mind returns, items can be returned in person to the About Me Organics store at no cost or you can organise a shipping return label at your own expense.
