Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Inspired by Nutra Organics 

Let’s be honest, tiramisu needs no introduction, but sometimes it’s not always the most nutritious of foods. Check out this glowing spin on a classic Italian dessert and ‘healthified’ it to the point where it can be a nutritious breakfast to get you up and going, or a delicious pick-me-up sweet treat.

PANTRY ITEMS

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, white
  • 1.5 cups plant milk
  • 80ml espresso
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup vanilla yoghurt, coconut
  • 3 tsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Collagen Beauty Vanilla
  1. For the overnight oats, put oats, chia seeds, plant milk, espresso, cinnamon, collagen and maple in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Portion into 2 glasses (or into one container if you prefer) then add a tsp of cacao powder and ripple through the top layer, then place in the fridge for about 4 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, spoon yoghurt over oats mixture and dust with cacao powder
