Lotus lecithin granules are made from a concentrated form of soy. They're pale brown in colour with a slightly nutty taste.
Lecithin is often used as an emulsifier in cooking but can also be sprinkled over cereal, yogurt, fruit, smoothie bowls and more to add a boost of nutrients. Improve texture of breads.
Lecithin Granules are a soy-derived lecithin that is naturally gluten free and suitable for vegetarian diets. They are made from non-GMO soya beans and are packaged in a resealable bag to preserve their freshness.
Use as a natural emulsifier in cooking to stabilise emulsions, improve texture of breads and reduce the use of fats and oils.
