An uplifting blend that nurtures and naturally invigorates the body. With Moringa to nourish Ashwagandha and Tulsi balance, and Ginger to revitalise, this uplifting blend can be enjoyed whenever you are needing a refreshing rest.
Pour freshly boiled water over an infusion bag or loose leaf in a cup. Cover your mug with a lid (or a small plate) and let steep for 10 minutes (or longer).
To double the strength add 2 bags or a second spoon full, it is best doubled when serving iced.
Please remember that Ayurveda recommends consuming hot or warm drinks for optimal digestion. To continue your daily wellness practice over Summer you can consume Tulsi at room temperature by leaving your tea to cool. If adding ice to cool your drink, ensure it is melted before consuming.
