Planet Organic Chamomile Tea is naturally caffeine-free, making it an ideal beverage for both day and night. It offers a peaceful alternative to traditional teas and coffee, without the stimulant effect of caffeine.

• Boil the kettle and prepare your cup or teapot.

• Use 1 tea bag of Organic Chamomile Tea per 250ml of hot water. If you prefer iced tea, use 2 tea bags per 250ml.

• Pour freshly boiled water over the tea bag and brew for 4-6 minutes. If you prefer a stronger brew, try adding an extra tea bag instead of brewing for longer.

• Remove the tea bag and enjoy!
