Lady's Mantle may assist as an anti-inflammatory, mild diuretic, menstrual cycle regulator or aid digestive discomfort.
A gynaecological herb specific for heavy menstrual bleeding and vaginal itching.
Also can be used as a mouthwash for sore throats, laryngitis or mouth ulcers. Low intake of tea sipped after birth assists uterus regain inherent tone.
• Boil the kettle and prepare your infuser or teapot.
• Use 1 teaspoon of Lady's Mantle Loose Leaf Tea per 250ml of hot water.
• Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and brew for 5-8 minutes. If you prefer a strong brew, try adding an extra teaspoon of tea instead of brewing for longer.
• Remove the infuser or pour from your teapot and enjoy!
