Suggested Use 

Bi-carb soda can be used to make baked goods rise and convert plain flour or a flour you have blended yourself into a self raising flour.

For every cup of flour add 1/4 teaspoon of bi-carb soda. It is also an effective deodoriser and alternative to chemical household cleaning products.

Taken by some as an alkalising drink in water, used as a hair rinse in place of shampoo with diluted apple cider vinegar as conditioner, or used in baths and foot soaks
