These Amazing Oils Daily Magnesium Bath Flakes are made from Magnesium Chloride, not Magnesium Sulfate.

Taking a warm bath in these pure Magnesium Chloride flakes is an efficient way to help the body to absorb Magnesium through the skin, as well as a great way to help you relax, unwind and recharge from the busy nature of everyday life.

Typically many of us can be Magnesium deficient, with signs ranging from lack of energy to aches, pains, muscle cramps, headaches, insomnia and even cravings.

Dissolve 1/2 cup of the Magnesium flakes in a warm bath, then soak.

For a foot bath, add 1 tablespoon.
