When consuming organ meats it's important to choose organic beef to be sure the organs are free from added hormones, antibiotics and herbicides such as Glyphosate that may be consumed by the animal in non organic systems. Certified humane, high animal welfare. Freeze dried to lock in nutrients.

Some ideas include adding the powder to porridge, scrambled eggs, stir fry, mince (e.g. bolognese), soups, gravy, other sauces and more. It has an earthy flavour which suits savoury dishes but you won't notice it in stronger sweet flavours like a chocolate smoothie. Experiment to find what works for you!
For best results, add 1 serve (2g) per person per day. To save on plastic we don't include a scoop - simply use a flat teaspoon for 1 serve, and a heaped teaspoon for 2 serves.
