Nourish Hub Ceremonial Cacao originates from the rare Criollo bean and is rich in flavanols and antioxidants.
It also has high levels of Potassium Iron and Magnesium.

1 cup of water (the traditional way to consume) or milk of choice.
1-2 chunks of Ceremonial Grade Cacao (20-40g) or chop to your desired serving size.
Heat over the stove on a low heat and blend with one of our Nourish Hub Handheld Milk Frothers to eliminate separation. Alternatively, combine in a blender that's safe for hot liquids. Sweeten if desired.
