Kehoe's Sushi Ginger is cold pickled in natural vinegar and fermented! The beautiful natural pink colour and delicious flavour is due to the traditional method used, not from added colours or flavours.

This product is not pasteurized so like the rest of our the Kehoe's range, it must be kept refrigerated. 

  • Serve as a condiment with meals or enjoy on its own as a snack.
  • add to bao buns, sushi, kebabs, tacos, burgers, wraps & sandwiches.
  • enjoy as a palate cleanser between courses.
