Adults & Children over 12 years: MASSAGE: Mix 4-6 drops (0.15 to 0.2ml) Peppermint essential oil into 10ml Base Oil or 10gm (2 teaspoons) Springfields Jojoba Cream; apply to aching area. Use up to 3 times daily. Discard any left over mixture.
