TOPICAL APPLICATION AND MASSAGE: 3-6 drops of Clary Sage to 10gm (2 teaspoons) Unscented moisturiser, massage oil, 6 drops to 12mls of almond oil.
DIFFUSER: 6 drops Clary Sage into water.
