Children aged 2-12 years, chew 1 tablet daily with food. 

Children aged 13 years and above, chew 2 tablets daily with food; or as directed by your health professional. 

Maximum 2 tablets per day. Do not swallow tablets whole. If the child is unable to chew, the tablets may be crushed and mixed with water, yogurt or honey and consumed immediately.

Iron (II) glycinate 18.5 mg, Equiv. Iron 5 mg 

Malpighia glabra fruit ext. dry conc. 138.9 mg from fresh fruit 3.33 g

Stand. to Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg 

Colecalciferol (Vitamin D) 2.5 micrograms 

Does not contain: Egg, soy, nuts, added gluten or peanuts.
