Oven: Place the arancini in a baking tray with baking paper, and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven: Use the function Grill, place the arancini on a tray covered with oil absorbing paper and cook them for 2 to 4 minutes depending on the type of oven.
Frozen: Defrost the arancini and follow one of the cooking instructions above.
Arborio rice, mushroom, truffle paste (evoo, mushroom, truffle, salt, black pepper), vegetable stock, mozzarella, parmesan, spanish onion, milk, g/f breadcrumb, tapioca flour.
