Prostate Support Tea is a traditionally formulated herbal blend designed to support male urinary tract and prostate wellbeing. It combines carefully selected herbs that have been used in traditional Western herbal medicine to support bladder comfort, urinary flow and overall kidney and urinary system function. This blend may be supportive for urinary urgency and frequent night-time bathroom visits as part of a healthy lifestyle.
The key herb in this formula is Epilobium, a traditional urinary tonic long used in herbal practice for prostate support. It is combined with Saw Palmetto, traditionally used to help support prostate health and urinary function, along with Pau D’Arco, known for its traditional antifungal and antiseptic properties. Siberian Ginseng is also included and is traditionally used as an adaptogen to support energy and general resilience, while supporting kidney and adrenal system function.
Add a teaspoon of the Prostate tea to a one-litre teapot, add boiling water and allow to brew for 10-15 mins. Alternatively, soak the herbs in a litre of cold water overnight, discard the herbs and drink the liquid.
