Lotus Organic Hulled Millet is a light flavour that allows it to be used in sweet or savoury dishes and millet flour recipes like casseroles, stews, millet porridge, millet cereal, and for additional crunch in baked goods.

Prepare millet grains in a similar way to rice and serve as a side. The golden grains look like couscous but are a naturally gluten and grain free wholefood. To cook millet combine 1 cup of Lotus Millet with 2 cups of water, stock or milk. Simmer for 15 minutes, cover, rest for 10 minutes then fluff before serving.
