They have long soaked these organic sunflower seeds & pepitas in our home-made kombucha, filtered water and Australian rock salt, then dehydrated them for 12 hours below 60°Celsius. Activated foods are easier to digest, are more nutrient-rich (bio-available), and delectably crunchy.
Sprinkle it on salads, soups, curries or vegies.
