Suggested Use
In a cup:
- Add one teaspoon of matcha to a cup.
- Mix to paste with a small amount of fresh hot water.
- Add 180ml of fresh hot water (70-80C) and stir. Adjust to taste.
- Sift 1 teaspoon of matcha into a tea bowl.
- Add 80ml of fresh hot water (70-80C).
- Whisk briskly in a zig zag motion until frothy. Adjust to taste.
