MetaRelax™ is great tasting and helps to relieve the symptoms of stress, supports a heathy stress response and neuroendocrine function. It contains Meta Mag® - Magnesium bisglycinate, an exclusive form of magnesium with enhanced bioavailability as well as taurine, potassium citrate, vitamin B6 and vitamin C.
MetaRelax™ helps nervous system function by assisting synthesis of neurotransmitters, which are chemical messengers in the brain and central nervous system and are involved in the body’s stress response.
Adults: Add 2 level scoops (12.7g) to 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Each 12.7g dose contains:
- Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (Meta Mag® – Magnesium bisglycinate) (3500mg) – equiv. Magnesium 350mg
- Taurine (3000mg)
- Glutamine (2000mg)
- Potassium citrate (275mg) – equiv. Potassium 100mg
- Calcium ascorbate dihydrate (605mg) – equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500m
- Calcium citrate tetrahydrate (711mg) – equiv. Calcium 150mg
- Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) (25mg)
- Riboflavin sodium phosphate (34mg) – equiv. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25mg
- Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) (25mg)
- Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5) (25mg)
- Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) (25mg)
- Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® – Zinc bisglycinate) (50mg) – equiv. Zinc 10mg
Contains 100mg of potassium per 12.7 g dose.
