- Mushroom 5 Complex contains five mushrooms including Shiitake, Reishi, Cordyceps, Snow fungus and Turkey tail.
- The mushrooms in Mushroom 5 Complex are a source of polysaccharides, the active constituents in medicinal mushrooms.
- Reishi and Cordyceps are traditionally used in Chinese medicine as lung tonics and expectorants to loosen chest phlegm and relieve coughs.
- Shiitake, Reishi and Cordyceps are rich in antioxidants that reduce free radicals formed in the body.
Adults and children over 12 years –Take 1 capsule, three times a day, with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Each capsule contains a carefully blended combination of powerful mushroom extracts:
200mg of Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) whole plant extract derived from 2g of dried plant; 100mg of Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) whole plant extract derived from 1g of dried plant; 250mg of Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) whole plant extract derived from 1g of dried plant; 50mg of Snow Fungus (Tremella fuciformis) fruiting body extract derived from 1g of dried fruiting body; and 50mg of Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor) whole plant extract derived from 500mg of dried plant.
