- Organic Iron MAX contains 24mg of iron per capsule plus the activated forms of vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folate, as Quatrefolic®.

Adults and children over 12 years –Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your health professional.
Each capsule contains: 24mg of iron from Iron (II) glycinate (bisglycinate) (Ferrochel™); 12.7mg of thiamine hydrochloride, providing 10mg of thiamine (vitamin B1); 14mg of riboflavin sodium phosphate, providing 10mg of riboflavin (vitamin B2); 16mg of pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate, providing 10mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B6); 376 micrograms of levomefolate glucosamine (Quatrefolic®), providing 200 micrograms of levomefolic acid (5-MTHF); 200 micrograms of mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) (vitamin B12); and 304.3mg of calcium ascorbate dihydrate, providing 250mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
