Bring on pace and tranquility with a cup of Tulsi CALM. Blended with Rose, Chamomile Jasmine and our cherished Tulsi to soothe restlessness and invite serenity into any moment of the day.
Pour freshly boiled water over an infusion bag or loose leaf in a cup. Cover your mug with a lid (or a small plate) and let steep for 10 minutes (or longer).
To double the strength add 2 bags or a second spoon full, it is best doubled when serving iced.
Please remember that Ayurveda recommends consuming hot or warm drinks for optimal digestion. To continue your daily wellness practice over Summer you can consume Tulsi at room temperature by leaving your tea to cool. If adding ice to cool your drink, ensure it is melted before consuming.
