Brookfarm products were designed to help who were looking for foods that were high in good fats and low in sugar & carbs. This plant based pack contains Macadamia nuts (22%) and other nuts, seeds and spices. This mix is then toasted in Macadamia oil. Both Macadamia nuts and oil are high in ‘good fats.

Suggested Use 

Shake the bag before pouring to evenly distribute the ingredients. Serve with milk or sprinkle on yoghurt and top with fruit
