This Maintenance-Free Kefir Culture makes it simple to prepare fresh kefir at home without the daily upkeep of traditional kefir grains. There’s no need to strain or recapture grains, and no need to continually make new batches just to keep the culture alive.
Simply add a small amount of culture to your choice of dairy milk, coconut milk, coconut water, juice or water, keep it warm, and in approximately 24 hours you’ll have freshly cultured kefir ready to enjoy.
