These free-range chicken gourmet meatballs are packed with the delicious goodness of kale and goji berries. Nutritious and delicious - serve them with noodles and your favourite broth, in your lunch-box, or as a delicious appetiser!
Pan Fry
- Place frozen meatballs in a non-stick pan and add 3 tbsp of water and 1 tsp oil.
- Cover the pan with a lid and heat on low to medium heat for 10 mins, turning the meatballs halfway through.
Boil
- Bring a pot of water or soup to the boil. Place meatballs in the pot.
- Boil for 8 mins.
Bake / Air-Fry
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or foil.
- Bake for 25 mins or air-fry at 180°C for 15 mins.
