Mindful Foods Organic Cardamom is whole green cardamom pods, certified organic and packed into a glass jar by a Northern Rivers, New South Wales food company.
The pods are left whole, so the small dark seeds inside stay sealed until you crack or crush them.
Bruise a few pods into a pot of chai, rice, a curry or a slow braise, or split them and grind the seeds fresh for baking, spice blends and coffee.
