These are used for skin care, over the liver, gallbladder and uterine area .
The waist pack may also be used on the chest and over the breasts .
- Apply oil to the white lining side of the pack and wrap it around your body.
- Use the elastic straps to wrap around the area to be treated and secure in place using the button & loop closure at the back of the pack.
- Adjust the straps to create an optimal length for your body size. Leave it on for 45 minutes to 1 hour and allow the castor oil to nourish your body.
- Remove the pack and wipe the area clean with a warm damp towel.
- Option to place the heat pack (not included) into the front soft pouch.
