Suggested Use

Insert 2 AA batteries (not included).

Press and hold button to start whisking.

Raise Whiz Stick just below surface of liquid and continue to raise and lower at 45° angle until mixed as desired.
How to clean:

Do not submerge the handle into water.

Dip the steel whisk into hot water with mild soap.

Turn on your whisk briefly. Rinse with clean water.
