Mineral-rich amaranth & rice are combined to create a gluten free pasta with a delightful taste and authentic al-dente texture. Vegan, corn and soy free too, pair with your favourite sauce for a ‘bellisimo’ meal that the whole family will love.
Add to a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes, or until al dente. Stir often. Drain and serve immediatly.
