Suggested Use 

• Use 3 teaspoons of bark chips to 2 large cups of water.
• Boil for 10 minutes, steep for 30 minutes.
• Some water will boil off and more will absorb during steeping.
• Strain, tea will be somewhat bitter, but can be diluted. Add ginger or honey to enhance flavour
