Plantasy Foods Mac N Cheez Mac N Go is the easiest (and tastiest) way to indulge in some classic comfort food without feeling restricted. This gluten and dairy free snack are deliciously cheesy just a handful of natural ingredients to give you a vegan take on mac and cheese that takes just as good, if not better, than the real thing. It’s quick to cook and is perfect for desk drawers, backpackers and lunch boxes.
- Remove lid and add 1/2 cup COLD water. Place in microwave.
- Add another 1/2 cup water and the contents of the sauce sachet and stir. Cook on high for 2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave, put the lid back on and allow to sit for 5-8 mins to finish cooking.
- Stir until smooth and creamy
