It can be acidity caused by over production of stomach acid or heartburn caused by reflux of stomach acid.

Suggested Use 

Adults: 1 tablet
Children: 1/2 tablet
Infants: 1/4 tablet

Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water.

Nat phos (Sodium phosphate)

Nat sulph (Sodium sulphate)

Silica (Silicon dioxide)
