Ginger essential oil has a powerful yet gentle warming quality making it a valuable addition to any massage blend where a nurturing effect is desired.

Due to its stimulating effect on circulation, it can be included in any ‘tonic’ blend for general wellbeing. Indicated for supporting the body's systems.

Suggested Use 

DIFFUSER: add 6 drops to water.

MASSAGE/BODY RUB: Mix 6 drops in 12ml of base oil or Unscented Jojoba Cream and massage over body.

BATH: Mix 6 drops essential oil with 6 drops of dispersant and add to a warm bath.

Cautions 

For external use only. Keep out of eyes. Do not use on broken or damaged skin. If a rash or irritation develops, discontinue use. For sensitive Skin: Test product for any skin irritation on a small area of the skin prior to use.
