This Australian Certified Organic chicken broth is made from 100% Australian-grown, made, and packed ingredients.
Slow-simmered for 16–18 hours, it’s crafted using chicken frames from pasture-raised chickens ethically raised on certified organic farms. The frames are lightly roasted first to develop a rich, savoury flavour before being gently simmered to extract maximum nutrients.
Naturally rich in collagen and gelatin, bone broth is traditionally known for its nourishing and restorative qualities, supporting immunity, gut health, joint health, and overall wellbeing.
Free from gluten, dairy, preservatives, and FODMAPs.
Opening the Lid:
These jars are vacuum sealed and airtight to keep the broth fridge-stable for up to 12 months. To open, firmly tap the lid (not the jar) a few times on a chopping board, or carefully insert a knife under the edge of the lid to release the seal. The lid should then open easily.
Serving:
Gently heat and enjoy 1–2 cups daily as a nourishing drink. Enhance the flavour with additions like lemon juice, minced ginger, garlic, parsley, chilli, tamari, or an organic immunity cube. Alternatively, use as a rich, nutrient-dense base for soups, stews, casseroles, and risottos in place of water.
