Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a compound derived from the digestion of indole-3-carbinol, a substance found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and Brussels sprouts.
This naturally occurring compound plays a crucial role in supporting hormone balance, particularly by aiding in estrogen metabolism.
DIM is often combined with Calcium D-glucarate, a calcium salt of D-glucaric acid, to enhance its benefits. This combination works synergistically to provide additional detoxification support, helping the body eliminate excess estrogen and other toxins more effectively.
Serving Size: 600 mg (1 Capsule)
For best results, consume between 1 – 3 serves per day as required or as recommended by health care practitioner. DIM and CDG are sour tasting compounds, so are encapsulated to avoid taste.
