Hydrate Perform is built to deliver carbohydrates alongside key electrolytes to support sustained performance. A precise blend of fast absorbing carbs, electrolytes, amino acids and antioxidants, designed to help maintain energy, delay fatigue and support consistent output across longer sessions.
Whether you're preparing for HYROX, tackling long runs or training multiple times per week, this is fuelling designed to keep up with the work.

Mix 1 scoop with 500 - 600 ml of water. Consume 1 serving per hour of exercise to refuel with carbohydrates and replenish electrolytes lost during training.
1 SCOOP - Fasted or shorter sessions (under 45 minutes)
2 SCOOPS - Endurance sessions, high sweat or hot conditions 60 - 90 minutes in length.
Adjust serves based on session intensity and duration. Do not exceed 2 serves per day.
