The Broth Sisters Vegetable Stock Concentrate is a rich, slow-crafted plant-based stock designed to add depth and flavour to everyday cooking. Made with a blend of vegetables, herbs and natural seasonings, this concentrated paste dissolves easily in hot water to create a nourishing vegetable broth or can be added directly to soups, stews, sauces, risottos and stir-fries for an instant flavour boost. A convenient pantry staple that delivers homemade-style stock without the long cooking time.
Simply add 1 tsp to 250 mL of hot water for a full flavoured stock or add a few tsps directly to your favourite casseroles, stir-fries and sauces. You may also like to use it in soups, veggie stews, risottos or when preparing grains.
